Great Start

Got up at 6 ish this morning to get in my workout at the top of the day. It felt really good! I will defiantly try to do this from now on!

Did 1/2 P90X Shoulders and Arms. Not to shabby, i think 1-2 weeks at 1/2s and i will be able to hit wholes, though i may have to get up at 5:30...

Now just to keep my eating in check for the day!
