Wednesday 080305

Buttercups:
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
1 Jumping Pull-ups
4 Push-ups
7 Squats

So i got through like 5-6 rounds for 8 minutes, and the knee started complaining so i quit, but i ponied up at 10pm to work out, so some props there. really need to step it up.
