Actual:
Sam did things with me today, we did a 10 minute fool around workout, with butt walks, crab walks, PT situps and PT leg lift things.
Then we worked form with about 35# on the bar, time to get some real weights i think.
Starting to be more serious about ETL so i'll be keeping a log soon, i swear :-)
