"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
Actual:
decided i was lazy at 11:30pm tonight, so i busted out a "somethingelse"
10/7/5 45lb"bar" squats
10/10/10 jumping pullups (need to set up a "begininer bar" somehow.
10/10/10 situps
10/10/10 girly pushups, couldn't hack the normals today :-(
hopefully less lazyness in the next set. tm/today are a rest day.
